Default Roger? Ray? Willona's ex-husband

I watched the episode where Thelma is waiting for Florida to show up from Arizona for her wedding. As she, Michael and Willona are in the living room talking about weddings, Willona brings up her ex, Roger. When Willona's ex showed up for her birthday in the season after James died, his name was Ray. When Willona was talking about her ex, Roger, Thelma acted like she had never met him before. Willona even took out a picture to show Michael and Thelma what he looked like. The writers were stupid to think we wouldn't remember Ray hassling Thelma.

Ray showed up the same season James died toward the end

If James had been around, Ray/Roger wouldn't have even tried to hassle Thelma the way he did.

I hated the way the writers made it seem like Thelma and Willona's ex had never met before.
