Dear Nick at Nite Viewer Services,
I have a proposal for Nick at Nite: to make a deal with Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution for Nick at Nite to have exclusivity in airing reruns of the hit 1984-1992 sitcom Night Court. The series centered on Judge Harry T. Stone (Harry Anderson), a boyish judge who was almost accidentally hired for the bench in New York Citys Night Court. Those who worked for Harry over the shows 8-season, 193-episode run were almost as wacky as the defendants, among them Assistant D.A. Dan Fielding (John Larroquette), Court Clerk Mac Robinson (Charlie Robinson), and Court Matron Roz Russell (Marsha Warfield). Tentatively, Nick at Nite shall welcome Night Court to its regular schedule starting Monday, January 7, 2013 with a week-long marathon titled Nick at Nite Court, showcasing 40 episodes (10 per night over the course of 4 nights) featuring some of Night Courts most memorable episodes complete, uncut, & unedited, just the way they originally aired on NBC. After the marathon, the complete 193-episode library of Night Court shall air weeknights with back-to-back episodes at 9 p.m., only on Nick at Nite. |

This happened. In 2005.
Guess what? Someone uploaded almost every episode on YouTube. Last edited by TJ : 04-12-2012 at 03:44 PM. |

Amazing it's already been seven years. I remember feeling old in 2005 when it made it's marathon debut on N@N; now I *really* feel old thinking that summer was that many years ago. I think it made it through two cycles (and various time slots) before they yanked it altogether.
