Actually, Sandra Quatermaine was never on GH, but she was on AMC briefly as a recast Angie Hubbard after Debbi Morgan joined the short-lived NBC soap Generations. The actresses played Simone Ravelle Hardy on GH:
Laura Carrington (1987–1989), Stephanie Williams (1990–1993), and Felecia Bell (1993-1996).

Yes, how right you are. Thanks for pointing that out. I don't know why I wrote Sandra's name. You are so right. I believe the lady I'm speaking of is likely Laura Carrington. I'll have to pull out my old GH Anniversary book and confirm who it is.

I think that was with Dan Rather, when CBS tried a 2-anchor team on the Evening News. In any case, that particular experiment didn't last very long and Dan was once again doing the news solo.
