Las Vegas used "A Little Less Conversation" by Elvis Presley

the Drew Carey show used a few different hit songs for its theme: "Moon Over Parma," "Five O'Clock World" by The Vogues, "What is Hip" by Tower of Power, and a cover of Ian Hunter's "Cleveland Rocks" by The Presidents of the United States of America

Joan of Arcadia's theme was "One Of Us" by Joan Osborne

Yes, but the version they used was done by Love Spit Love, which was also used on the soundtrack to the 1996 movie "The Craft."
