The post office, this week, has finally unveiled and
released the EARLY TV stamps (20 different ones on each sheet). AMong the shows are DRAGNET, I LOVE LUCY, THE HONEYMOONERS and HOWDY DOODY. Nicely done, and should be supported so MORE will come.... |

I've been so excitied about this stamp issue since it was announced back in january 2009 or so...I got 2 sheets at my local post office, to keep and of course not use.....if you go to www.usps.com under their shopping area, type in the name "Classic TV Favorites" in the search engine and you will find a few collectibles, the best being a 20 postcard booklet for $14.95 of each stamp obviously in postcard size....I ordered three....they are really nice for displaying your favorite series on the refridgerator in a 4X6 magnetic photo holder...just a few ideas for everyone!
