Another good rant, Solomon! I was actually here early today to read it. Anywyas, you're right about the Tuesday night sitcoms. I was trying to get into Carpoolers from it's start. I never gave up on it, but when I was just beginning to find some of the things funny, they yanked it off the schedule. It was on the week after that, got less than 5 million viewers, and we haven't seen it since. ABC says it's coming back in January, but I wouldn't be surprised to see "It's Valentines Day, Charlie Brown" on instead-LOL

I don't watch GMA but I agree, if that is what they were showing, what is so funny or watchable abt a wedding couple dancing? Don't they all do that at their wedding reception? I guess they didn't have anyone to interview, so they filled that time with that boring stuff.

I never have watched Frank TV. Is it geared for late night watching? I mean, is it adult-oriented?

The wedding Couple was dancing to Sir-Mix-A-lot and they were KICKING IT but was it that serious to interview them?-lol So remember Irene if someone records you dancing in your living room and puts it on You Tube you may get a CALL from GMA-lol

I wouldn't be surprised. The cartoons are doing so well for them, why not just keep them?

The animated specials are just for the holidays. They will not be on in January. They do animated specials every year on Tuesdays usually. Nothing new. Probably just a few more left for the year (Valentine's and Easter Charlie Brown).

No wonder they schedule they're sitcoms then-LOL. Back to the 2 shows, I was amazed at how poorly they did when they came back after that first week off in October. Ay reason why they both got less than 5 million viewers?

What will be on in January? I'm really getting annoyed that ABC has STILL not announced a midseason schedule yet. Cashmere Mafia premieres in January(with no timeslot or premiere date yet), most scripted shows will be out of episodes, so a lot of new reality will be filling in, and Lost is still without a timeslot or even month when it premieres. What gives?

Sorry to go off-topic somewhat.

I am guessing an announcement will come this week on what ABC will do. Expect new According to Jim, Cavemen, Carpoolers, Wife Swap, Supernanny. More new episodes of Samantha Who, Notes from the Underbelly, October Road, Boston Legal and Men in Trees. Every other scripted show only has a few or little left, with Ugly Betty, Brothers & Sisters with the most left (like 3 each). Series premieres of Dance War, Cashmere Mafia also will round out the schedule. Lost is still planned for February I believe. And I am not sure, but ABC will probably get another The Next Best Thing season up earlier than planned. The surprise hit Just for Laughs could also return in January.
