I'm pissed about that too! I was looking forward to a 48 hour marathon of the show in July. But then for them to put it on during the day when many of us are at work is pathetic. I guess it must been some contractual issues since it comes on TVOne (assuming they will still have the rights to it also).

Since the new '60s show coming to TVLand is not a sitcom, I am hoping that its "Hawaii Five-O". That show has not been on cable television in reruns in a long time.

The last time 5-0 was on cable was on Hallmark a few years back, but ever since Hallmark slashed a lot of shows between late 2004 and 2005, they've gone downhill w/ M*A*S*H rerun-abuse galore and nothin' but lame crime drams, w/ the exception of very few shows.

Well, TheLink is on the verge of letting the cat out of the bag once again. It's really starting to sound like Star Trek.

Guys,

Any news at all on The Odd Couple coming back to TV Land? With the world waiting for a DVD release, why TV Land cant bring this great show back mystifies me!

It is Star Trek. I think my clues were so obvious. Good job JT!

They had so many good crime dramas that it's ridiculous. Columbo, McMillan and Wife, Kojak, McCloud, Banacek, Hawaii Five-O, Hart to Hart, Quincy ME and Ironside all rocked. I spent so many Sunday afternoons watching them all.

But I still have a huge grudge with Hallmark because they purchased the rights to air the classic soap opera The Doctors, yet they never have. It pisses me off because DOC is one of the few soaps that have a majority of its 1970s episodes in existence, and those were the glory days of soaps, especially DOC. These are episodes that will probably never air on TV again and it pains me. Even My Mother the Car and Cop Rock got reran at some point.

LOL!

I don't think they were toooo obvious, but it wasn't really hard for me to figure out. I mean, it has an extremely huge fanbase, and it just doesn't seem like one of your type of shows, and I know not toooo many people here are big fans. It was either that or...I really can't think of anything else LOL

I won't be watching, but I guess it's nice to see it on a widespread cable net. One of those useless digital cable channels airs it too (but with annoying stuff all around the screen), but I doubt too many people have it (but of course, I do. Still no SOAPnet, though).

There really is no justice in the world of cable TV, I swear.

The 12-4AM weekday marathons that started June 12 will continue in July and August as well. And weekend 12-4AM marathons will be added starting July 1, with The Munsters airing Saturday nights and Leave it to Beaver on Sunday nights, both from 12-4AM. As of July 3, Night Court will be off the line-up (a hiatus).

I like that they're bringing "Addams Family" back. I find it very exciting that they're giving the 50s/60s shows decent treatment for a change!!

I wished that they would air those tv movies of the week like they did in 2005! The greatest tv movies ever! Like Brian's Song, the Day After, the Boy in the Plastic Bubble, etc!
