This is not confirmed, but I have seen it from several reliable sources. Believe it or not.

While Tony is in the hospital after his attack, the audience will see Marlena inject him with a lethal dose of poison that will kill him.
Victor is on the way into Tony's room to try to talk to him about working together, and he sees Marlena leaving.
Victor is suspected of being the killer, but he realizes that the killer is Marlena.
Victor is then killed.
Meanwhile, Celeste is working on figuring out who the killer is.
Once she realizes that Marlena is the killer, Celeste is killed.
Hope becomes suspicious of Marlena.
Marlena tries to kill Hope, but John kills Marlena.
Surprise - It isn't Marlena.
The killer is Hattie, who was possessed and posing as Marlena.
The devil leaps from Hattie's dying body into John.
John tries to finish what Hattie started and kill Hope.
Alice, with the help of several of the ghosts, expels the devil. Alice is killed in the process.
Several Salemites now go to try to find the real Marlena

That would be real shocking if they killed Alice!

I heard they were going to kill her off. Also the guy that plays Mickey Horton left. He retired. A new actor takes his place next month.

DAYS CLARKE RETIRES
Days of Our Lives has confirmed the exit of John Clarke, who has played Mickey Horton since the show's inception. Clarke has announced he will retire from the show to concentrate on his health. "John, with his physician's urging, wants to have time to walk his dogs, travel with his wife, sing in his choir, watch his daughter on a hit TV show [actress Mindy Clarke of The O.C.] and take care of his grandbaby," the show reports in an official announcement. The 73-year-old actor expressed his sentiments as well. "Thirty-eight years in the same job is great for the ego but the health needs nourishment, too," he comments. "I am going to miss everybody totally and forever... I'll be back — to have lunch now and again, that is!" Clarke's retirement goes into effect on Jan. 13. Perennial guest star Richard Voigts (Scrubs, The Parkers, The Practice) will step in as Mickey Horton beginning Feb. 3.

These are confirm spoilers from TV Guide.

JER is interviewed by Michael Logan in the latest TV Guide, and confirms what many suspected....

Warning! Warning! Spoiler approaching! If you don't want know the identity of the of Days of Our Lives serial killer, read no further. Seriously. Stop right now. OK, don't say we didn't warn you: On January 28, Count Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), who has been the prime suspect in the grisly Days murders, will be given a lethal injection by the real killer--Deidre Hall's character, Dr. Marlena Evans! Crazy, right? Days mastermind Jim Reilly gave us the scoop on this wild revelation.

Q: Marlena? She's a loving mom, respected shrink and pillar of the community!
A: From the beginning, I promised the killer would be someone key to the show, and I wasn't about to trick the audience. But this is not a normal whodunit where Hercule Poirot says "The butler did it" and everyone lives happily ever after. The viewers will know Marlena is the killer, but the killings continue. And this is not the big, big reveal. That won't come until next Christmas. And even then, the story goes into 2005.

Q: Counting Tony, that's severn murders, and you previously said in this column that there will be three more by March.
A: And there's another death in April or early May.

Q: So four more murders now?
A: I said a death.

Q: Word is, Victor [John Aniston] will be one of the victims.
A: [Long pause] I will say this: The serial killer does not kill Victor.

Q: Oooh, cryptic. We haven't forgotten that Marlena has a cinniving look-alike named Hattie, played by Deirdre Hall's real-life twin sister, Andrea Hall-Gengler. Is this how you will get Marlena off the hook?
A: Do we have to get her off the hook?

Q: Well, Deirdre is your biggest star. Then again, her contract soon expires, and there's a rumor that Days wants to pay her less money. Is this blackmail?
A: I've had no such talks about that. This was never intended to be a way to write Deirdre off the show.

Q: Then back to how you might redeem Marlena. Maybe your mad supervillian Stefano [Joseph Mascolo] has programmed her to kill. Hell, maybe Satan did it. After all, he possessed Marlena back in the '90s. Or maybe you'll pull a Dallas.
A: The killings will not turn out to be a Bobby Ewing dream. There's a twist in the Marlena plot in May that has never been done before--and that's the one I want to keep secret until it's on the air.

The first thing posted by emptynest cannot be true due to what JER said in TVGuide which was posted at SNS, and is what Chris just posted.

In regards to what JER said in TVGuide, well I was right, glad I finally figured something out, lol. But what's this BIG secret reveal he's talking about, that makes me nervous, when he says it's never been done before, hmmm. Maybe it's a cloned Marlena, you know one of the clones that Stefano made back in 96, perhaps that's what the twist is or something. All I know is my Jarlena better be together in the end, or I'm finished.

Actually, I think Guiding Light had a clone of one of its characters before. Oh well, whatever it is, it had BETTER not be something stupid.

To be honest, I haven't watched DOOL since like 1994, but didn't Tony leave the show? Then I see a commercial and there he is again. What the heck?

I believe Tony came back in 2002.

I thought that JER said that the killer wouldn't be a Marlena lookalike. I'm also pretty sure that he said he wasn't going to return to a possesion storyline. There are also rumors that there will be more killings and a death that is not a result of the killings.

I personally don't think that Victor should be killed. He adds a lot to the show and is a great villain. I also don't think Celeste should die either. I'd rather have John or one of the teens die instead.

I hate to see John Aniston go. Jennifer Aniston can't save his job this time because Friends is leaving NBC as well.
As for Alice being killed off, I hate to see it happen but the way things are going anymore at DOOL, nothing surprises or shocks me. I absolutely hated JER long before he came back to DOOL last year. Now he has put a lot of talented actors out of work who unfortunately won't be able to find work on other soaps because of their age. You know the economy is jacked up when even the soaps operas are hit with budget cuts.

Well, I got a copy of Soap Opera Digest and read the article. I know that JER said that is IS Marlena doing all this, and that that they also had an article about Samantha Evans and how research showed that since identical twins have the exact same genes, if one develops a mental illness then there's a 50% chance the other will. Basically it sounds like Marlena has gone insane in the membrane. I refuse to believe it. I think JER is just giving mixed messages and staying very vague. It may not be Hattie, but I still think it's either a not-so-dead Samantha Evans, a brainwashed Marlena, or the Devil (God, I hope not). I just can't conceive that Marlena is going nuts.
