Perhaps they are saving it for Season 3, or perhaps they aren't allowed to use both pilots. Remember, the first one was produced by Larry Gelbart, not NRW, so perhaps there's some sticky copyright issues there, or perhaps the first pilot would cost some hefty $$ to release.

Who knows? But I'm glad to at least see the second one. It sure beats having nothing...

I would rather see the one with Susan Lanier. David? Samantha? Jenny? It's all so different! It's like watching an entirely different show!

Yeah, and the Ropers were supposed to be drastically different too. I'd like to see that, for sure, as well as eps of the original British 'Man About the House' (along with all of its spin-offs). We shall see...

I'd rather stick with Threes Company. I believe that Man About The House is exactly like TC. I saw this show (I think it was a memorial to John) where they had the English "Jack" (I don't think that's the character's name) getting out of the bathtub, and then they had John slipping on the bathroom floor. I would only see Man About the House once, but as I said, I believe that Man About The House is exactly like TC.

I have the first season of "Man About The House" on DVD and although the stories are very similar to "Three's Company", the characters aren't that much. Must be the british-american differences...

I would like to see 'Man About the House' to compare the subtle differences between it and TC, but to be fair, 'Man' came first. So TC is like 'Man', not the other way around... :)

I can live without seeing it, but as a curiousity I would like to have it, just as a completist sort of thing.

But first things first. I want all 8 seasons of TC first, then 'the Ropers' and 'Three's a Crowd'...
