"Knots Landing" Star Joins "One Life To Live"..

Its Official.... Kevin Dobson best known to American audiences as Patrick "Mac" Mackenzie on "Knots Landing" (1979-1993) has joined the cast of "One Life To Live". He will play the new mayor of Lainview and will have dealings with characters such as Asa, Vikki and Dorian...

Dobson also starred in the short-lived series "F/X: The Series".

He debuts on "OLTL" in August.

This is kinda interesting and funny....in a way... because, Robert Desiderio, who was in "Knots Landing", met his wife, Judith Light (who is an extremely wonderful actress, and a personal favorite of mine) on the soap opera, "One Life To Live". She portrayed, Karen Wolek from 1977-1983. And then got the role as Angela Bower on "Who's The Boss?" Co-starring with Tony Danza.
