All I have heard is Spring 2004, but hopefully something official will be made soon.

That's all I've heard as well, but I'm hoping that the seasons come out sooner than the rate that they've been coming out. I think that if enough time passes, the Three's Company 'fever' will die down with it and sales will begin to sag on subsequent season releases, which may halt the release of other seasons (since the cost to revitalize the shows is so costly). I hope I'm wrong.
Wasn't there someone on the list who made an announcement that Season 2 was pushed up to January 2004? Part of me hopes this is true, but then again, I want a good solid DVD, packed with extras (like interviews and/or outtakes). Since the show is a bit old by today's standards, it'll take that much longer to revitalize the whole season. In short, I don't mind waiting for it if it means they're taking their time to insure that the release is of a high quality.
But part of me also wants some way to insure that sales hold up and that we end up with the WHOLE show, and for good measure, the spin-offs "The Ropers" and "Three's a Crowd" as well.

Even if it's not pushed up, we should all hope that it will still come out in Spring 2004 at all, seeing as how Anchor Bay, the company that released the first season dvd was bought by another company. Hopefully, there wont be a delay of season 2 coming out.
IDT Entertainment has agreed to purchase the Anchor Bay Entertainment Group, a home entertainment company that licenses, markets and distributes films, TV shows and direct-to-video programming.

To add to edster's comments my wish list of extra I would love to see on the DVD:
- the original 2 pilot eps before they brought in Joyce and/or Suzanne. They used different actors before deciding on the 3.
- bloopers
- the first ep of the original series, "Man about the house"
- interviews of the stars taken during the time of the show's success
- clips of John, Joyce, and Suzanne in other shows/movies before they made TC
