View Full Version : Dallas is now 7-2 with six games left, are they still going to miss the playoffs??

ANSWEr-HELL NO!!! They have 3 teams left on the schedule that i know the will beat. The Eales, Giants, and Deadskins. So Dallas will go 3-3 in their last 6 games and probably win the division at 10-6.

No one 'knows' this. They look good to make the playoffs, but without Parcells winning a total of 6 games all year would be what they should be capable of.

They should beat the Redskins and Giants. They have Miami who is beatable and Carolina at home( the same Carolina who lost to Houston). Philadelphia and NE will be tough on the road. Who knows about New Orleans but that is the last game. They have a good chance to make the playoffs. The offense hasn't been playing good lately but that defense is playing great.

I want them to stomp the Giants down into the ground. They're not missing the playoffs!

Dallas has 7 games left.
10 wins almost always gets you in the playoffs.
So if they can at least go 3-4 they should get in.
But who knows, they could lose them all, anything is possible in this league.

That NE Offense is not going to move the ball on that Dallas Defense. So NE is going to have to hope Carter throws a INT or someone fumbles.

I would take the bet with the right odds. They did it last year being four games out of a playoff spot at this point. Now as it sits they are two games with the AFC starting to struggle.
But having the Pats, and Tenn still to go very unlikely...But at least those are home games..

Green Bay turned the ball over too much and Brett Favre probably should have benched himself if his thumb was bothering him so bad.

That's the only way the eagles can win. if the other team turns the ball over. in their 3 losses
Dallas-no turnovers-loss
Tampa-no turnovers-loss
Pats-no turnovers-loss
in thier 6 wins
atl-int, fumble-win
nyg-int, fum-win
jets-int, fum-win
buffalo-int, fum-win
washng-in, fum-win
green-6 fumbles, in-win
PS-none of those turnovers were forced by the way. The eagles still are not Sh%T

but that doesnt matter because the experts said the game was goin to be one by the defense and patriots defense held their own....yah I would have liked to see more offense, but Patriots were going up against (some can argue) the best defense in the league

Yes, it is quite impressive. The Pats just beat a team that they had never played before. The Texans had just won 2 out of their last 3 games, and this was an away game for the Pats, no less.
The Pats did this with great defense, under pressure, in overtime, for their 8th straight victory in overtime, and for their 7th consecutive win, which leads the leaque.
The Patriots are in first place in their division.
A win is a win, and you're still having a poor Christmas.

its good too see the pats have some resilencey because even though they played pretty poorly, they still held their own and came up with a W against, a team that they have never played before, and a team who is not as bad as their record indicates!

I'm quite capable of game analysis. All you have to do is watch the game and listen to the commentators to know what's happening and what the stats are.
New England suffered for many years with a mediocre team. Now we're a dominate force in the league, and nobody can take that away. Luck didn't put us at 9-2. Good offense and great defense did.
By the way, how are your teams doing this season?

Janice, Im on your good side by saying I am a PATS!! (gotta support the hometown boys!!) :D
but clearly, if they are 9-2 and beat some good teams, they deserve to be considered one of the best in their division/league
look at all they have accomplished with the amount of injuries their team has had, I mean Troy Brown, a major part of their offense is out, and Ted Washington, just recently has come back, and there are still a lot of people out! scary how good they could be!!

HOW CAN KANSAS CITY BE 3RD WHEN THEY ONLY LOST ONE GAME COMPARED TO THE TENN AND THE PATS WHO BOTH LOST 2 GAMES.
KANSAS CITY .909
TENN .818
