"The Bowling Show" episode towards the end of Season 4. David was sitting on the couch in the Living room during the closing credits of that one. The Connors came in from Bowling and Roseanne asked "Who is that?" and Darlene said something like "
He's a friend of mine"

Roseanne walked in and said who are you?
Kevin Healy. Marks brother he replied.
when Darlene walked in she said werent you in detention with me.
I dont exactly remember word for word.

David was at the house b/c Becky was supposed to babysit and she left. I guess Mark got David to watch DJ.

In the episode when the family comes home and David is sitting on the couch, he says his name is Kevin. Then the next time you see David, his name turned from Kevin to David. How does that happen without people asking questions or making jokes about it. :confused:

In many episodes a joke is made about his name. In Everyone comes to Jackie's
Roseanne- Have you met Darlene at all?Have you seen the control she has over him?I mean David isn't his real name she just made that up.

I've always thought that David and Darlene were a great couple. Not in the normal, healthy way, but in an interesting, sit-com way. Much better than Becky and Mark anyway.
