I figured I would try writing another one....tell me if it sucks...

Nate looked over at CD...she could always feel when he was looking at her...she smiled at him, he smiled back, then they proceeded with their work...this happend all day long, every day, for the past several months...the two had been dating...exploring the new found feelings they had finally confessed to each other...a few moments later Nate stood up...
Nate(pointing to a file):"I gotta go check on this with the ADA...I will be back in 20 mins,then we can head to lunch.."
CD:"Ok..."

Magda and Jinny walk into the the bull pin....
Jinny:"no I will not go with you to yoga!"
Magda:"come on Jinny, we have not did anything fun together in a while.."
Jinny:"you call yoga fun?"
Magda:"yes, and relaxing..."
Jinny:"well Mag, if you want to do something fun with me, take me to the movies or something.."
Magda:"But I got a good deal on this yoga class...plus the instructor is male, single, and VERY cute..."
Jinny:"Mag I'm not going just so you can flirt with the instructor..."
Magda:"I was not meaning for me!....you are the one single here..."
Jinny:"I did not think it mattered with you..."
Magda(glaring at Jinny):"Jinny come on...that is the past can we just forget it ever happend..now this yoga guy is really nice...I met him when I bought our memberships...and.."
Jinny(cuts Magda off):"you already bought ME a membership?..."
Magda:"yeah...I knew I would eventually be able to talk you into it..."
Jinny:"nope..no way...I don't care if the instructor is cute...I mean...a GUY who teaches yoga???....please I would rather stay single..."

CD looked up from here desk...it looked like she had seen a ghost...actually she had...
CD(shocked):"Paul?"
Paul:"Hi Candy.."
CD:"what are you doing here.."
Paul:"I need to talk to you"
CD:"Im sorry but I really do not want to talk to you..."
Paul:"Please....there are some things I need to tell you...it is important...just come to lunch with me..."
CD:"I really can't...I am having lunch with someone else.."
Paul:"please come to lunch with me...I am your ex-husband, so you should atleast come and listen to what I have to say..."
CD really did not want to go, but she figured it must be
important.....so she called Nate on his cell...
Nate:"Basso"
CD:"hey Nate...how is it coming along?"
Nate:"Im almost done here...
CD:"well I can't have lunch with you....something came up..."
Nate:"what is it?"
CD:"nothing important....I will see you when I get back...bye"
Nate could sense something was not right...they always had lunch together...but then he just figured maybe it was women stuff so he forgot about it and went back to what he was doing...

CD:"ok lets go"
Paul(happily)"alrighty..."

Nate returned and sat down at his desk...he did not want to invade CD's privacy, but it was killing him not knowing why she stood him up for lunch...he hoped maybe Jinny or Magda knew what was going on...
Nate:"hey do either of you know where CD went?"
Jinny and Magda were too busy fighting over the yoga class to notice that CD even left with Paul....
Magda:"I guess to lunch..."
Nate:"we were supposed to go together but she called me and cancelled.."
Jinny:"you can't expect her to have lunch with you every single day....I would go nuts if I had to eat with my partner everyday..."
Magda:"hey!"
Nate:"ok thanks anyway.."
Jinny:"no problem.."
Nate knew if anyone knew anything it would be ...yes...Raina...Raina had been in Kate's office when Paul was there but she was back at her desk now...in her own little world
doing some work...
Nate:"Hey Raina"
Raina:"yup?"
Nate:"Do you know where CD is?"
Raina:"I don't know...when I was in Caps office she was talking to some guy...I think they left together...maybe they went to lunch.."
Jinny:"CD left with a guy?...I did not even notice.."
Magda:"me neither...I wonder who it was.."
Nate was not sure what to think...he knew CD would never cheat on him but he could not understand why she did not tell him she was going to lunch with some guy....
Nate:"thanks Raina"
Raina:"anytime..."
Nate decided to just eat something out of the vending machine and wait till CD came back..

CD and Paul sat at anchorside...
Paul:"wow, you look really great...I see your hair has gotten long"
CD:"thanks...I see your balding.."
Paul:"well uhh..I have been under alot of stress lately..."
CD:"listen could you just get to the point...I have to get back to work.."
Paul:"ok...I made a big mistake...I still love you..and I know you still love me...I think we should give it one more try.."
CD:"you have got to be kidding me..."
Paul:"nope it is real...I want you back.."
CD:"are you crazy?....I am completely over you...I don't want you back and I will never want you back..."
Paul:"I know you are still upset with me because of all the cheating, but I have changed..I know now where I need to be...with you"
CD:"Im going back to work..."
Paul:"no wait...there is alot more I need to tell you..."
CD:"I think I have heard enough..."
Paul:"please..lets just have dinner together...and I swear after that, if you decide you really do not want me, I will leave you alone..."
CD:"fine!"
Paul:"ok I will call.."
CD:"whatever.."
CD gets up and walks out...

CD went and sat at her desk....

a couple hours later CD's cell phone rang...she looked at the caller id..it was Paul...she got up and walked over to the vending machines and then answered...
CD:"yes?"
Paul:"ok I made us reservations at that fancy resturant by the lake.."
CD:"yeah fine...is that all"
Paul:"yeah...do you want me to pick you up?"
CD:"Paul this is not a date...I will meet you there...what time?"
Paul:"7:00"
CD:"ok bye.."

she walked back over to her desk....Nate had been watching her the whole time...
Nate:"who was that..."
CD:"oh just someone about some repairs Im getting done to my house.."
Nate:"it must have been pretty personal.."
CD:"Nate what is your problem.."
Nate:"well you are being so secretive today..."
CD:"Oh Im sorry..I was not aware I had to share every little detail of my life with you!"
Nate:"well the last time I checked we were more than partners.."
It was not that CD was doing anything wrong...she just knew if Nate knew Paul was back in town, he would be all protective...Paul thought he was pretty macho also so she did
not want a fight...she just wanted to get Paul out of her life for good...
CD:"Im going to the bathroom!"
Nate:"why so you can call your repair man!"
CD just gave Nate a dirty look and slammed her chair under the table and then walked off...

Jinny:"so when is yoga?"
Magda:"Saturday at noon"
Raina:"you two do yoga too?"
Magda:"well actually, this is our first time...we are taking a class at the Birdy Lane center"
Raina:"hey that is where I go!"
Jinny:"well wouldn't ya know..."
Magda:"great!...will you be at Saturdays class?"
Raina:"oh yeah...did you hear if you bring someone with you, your membership is half off AND you get a free yoga mat?"
Magda puts her finger over her mouth and shakes her head
Raina:"huh"
Jinny:"so THAT is why you wanted me to go so bad!!"
Magda:"come on Jinny...that is not the only reason...I wanted us to spend some quality time together..."
Jinny:"oh please...forget it...I am definally not going now..."
Magda:"oh yes you are..you already promised..."
Jinny:"fine whatever...so who are you going to con into going with you Raina"
Raina:"well.....I was thinking about captain..."

CD returned from the bathroom....Nate felt bad about the way he acted...he did not think CD would ruin their relationship and partnership by cheating on him...he thought to himself "maybe she really did have erands to run and maybe that really was the repair man on the phone"....
Nate:"CD I am sorry"
CD:"for what?"
Nate:"for the way I acted and for actually thinking you were keeping something from me.."
CD:"it's ok...I understand..."
CD could not believe she was lying to Nate.....

Raina:"hey will you two come in Captains office with me to ask her if she will come to yoga with us?"
Magda:"I will.."
Jinny:"not me...I don't even want to bug her today...she was pretty moody this morning..."
Magda:"well then yoga is just what she needs!"

Raina and Magda walked over to Kate's office...Raina knocked on the door..Kate motioned for them to come in...
Raina:"so captain...what are you doing this Saturday.."
Kate:"oh no...what are you up to?"
Raina:"nothing really...I was just wondering if you would like to join me at my yoga class..."
Magda:"yeah me and Jinny are gonna be there also..."
Kate:"I don't know...yoga really isn't my sort of thing.."
Raina:"come on Cap...it will be fun..and it is a good way to release some stres.."
Kate:"well I guess I could use something to get rid of all this tension...ok what time?"
Raina:"noon...hey we could all have lunch together too!"
Magda:"sounds like a plan!"

the day was over now and everyone was leaving the division..
Raina:"bye guys...see you tomorrow"
Magda:"bye Raina.."
Jinny:"bye..I guess we better head home too..."
Magda and Jinny told CD and Nate bye and then left for home...
Nate:"so CD you wanna have dinner then catch a movie or something?"
CD:"well actually I was thinking I would spend a quite evening at home.."
Nate:"ok then I will come over...you want me to pick something for us to eat.."
CD:"well I meant I want to spend the evening alone..."
Nate was confused...first lunch..then the phone call...and now this..they had not spent an evening apart since they were together..
Nate:"CD are you getting tired of me?"
CD:"What?....how could I ever get tired of you!?"
Nate:"well I feel like you have been trying to avoid me all day!"
CD:"Nate I just wanted some time to myself!....we don't have to be together every second!"
Nate:"yeah but I want us to be.."
CD:"listen I swear I will make it up to you tomorrow night..."
Nate:"oh yeah?...how are you gonna do that?.."
CD:"well I can't tell you...it is a suprise.."
Nate:"ok ok fine...you have your "alone time" tonight...but we are spending the whole weekend together...deal(Nate puts out his hand)"
CD(shakes Nate's hand):"deal!"

CD and Nate went home....CD got dressed for dinner...when Nate arrived home, he got a call from his parents...they were having dinner at the fancy resturant by the lake and they wanted him to join them...he had not seen them in a while so he decided to go...

Nate's parents got into a conversation about what they were going to order...something caught Nate's eye...he saw CD on the other side of the room with some man...Nate could not believe what he was seeing!...."who is that?" he thought to himself...
Nate's Dad:"what are you going to have?(Nate did not answere)....Nate?...NATE?"
Nate:"oh...sorry..uhh I will just have whatever you two are having.."

Paul:"how is work?"
CD:"same as always...I was shot a few months ago in my abdamon"
Paul:"what??...are you ok?"
CD:"obviously...I had a pretty quick recovery actually"
Paul(puts his hand on cd's):"Im so sorry..I wish I could have been here to help you.."

Nate saw the guy put his hand on CD's...he felt his heart drop..
Nate's mom:"Nate you seem distracted tonight?"
Nate:"oh Im just...I got alot on my mind"
Nate's Dad:"girl trouble?"
Nate:"uhh no...I guess Im just tired.."
Nate's Mom:"we won't mind if you go home...you need your sleep.."
Nate:"No I want to stay"

CD:"how is your work?"
Paul:"Im of the job actually.."
CD(laughing):"no wonder you are back..."
Paul:"no it has nothing to do with that..."
CD:"yeah sure.."
Paul:"I love you so much...lets go to your place...and make love..."
CD wrinkled up her face...after being with Nate, the thought of sleeping with Paul was just gross...
CD:"no way..."
Paul:"come on...I know you want to...its been three years...you need it..."
CD:"do you actually think that I have not been with anyone since you?"
Paul:"well don't tell me you have!...i know you better than that Candy"
CD:"don't call me that...and for the record you don't know me as well as you thought...I am with someone now actually, and I love him very much....I can't believe I am even sitting here with you now!"

CD:"what the hell Paul..you found someone when we were still married!"
Paul:"I told you I was sorry...so tell me about this guy...you can't possibly be serious about him"

Nate was still watching CD and the guy..."maybe it is a her cousin or something" he thought.."or maybe it is her ex-husband"....He did not know if he should walk over there...he decided to wait ...

CD:"well I met him about 3 years ago...we have been dating 5 months.."
Paul:"where did you meet him??"
CD:"work..."
Paul:"do you love him?"
CD:"yes I do.."
Paul:"I don't believe that"
CD:"well it's true.."
CD and Paul finished eating...Paul kept telling CD how much he loved her and how much he wanted her back..CD just kept objecting...finally they decided to leave..

Nate saw CD leave and the guy had his arm around her...he decided to leave and ride by CD's house to see if the guy was there...
Nate:"I am gonna go ahead and head home...see you two later.."
Nate's mom:"bye honey..we love you"
Nate's Dad:"bye son"

CD went home...Paul followed her home...she did not want him to, but he did anyway...
CD:"are you stalking me?...I am a cop..and I will arrest you.."
Paul:"no I just want to spend some more time with you.."
CD:"I think we have spent enough time together.."
Paul:"please let me stay with you tonight..."
CD:"hell no..."
Paul:"Im broke...I have no where to go..."
CD did not want him to stay with her, but he was her ex-husband and she did feel kinda sorry for him..he was so pathetic...
CD:"fine...you can sleep on the couch but you are leaving first thing in the morning!"

Nate pulled up to CD's building just to catch a glimpse of her and Paul walking in together..he figured he would just wait outside for the guy to come out, and then he was going to confront him...

Paul:"this is a nice appartment.."
CD:"thanks.."
CD walked into her room and got a blanket and pillow out of the closet..she brought it out to Paul and then told him goodnite..then she walk into her room..Paul followed her..
CD:"do you mind?"
Paul:"what?"
CD:"I would like to change and go to bed.."
Paul:"why?it is still early...and it is not like I have not seen you change before.."
CD:"well I have to get up early for work...and I don't care if you have seen me change before, you are not going to see me now...now if you don't go in there I am going to make you leave!"
Paul:"fine"
Paul went and laid down on the couch...

Nate sat in his car waiting..."what is taking that guy so long?" he was thinking to himself...

now CD was in bed...she had been laying there a few mintutes when she felt someone crawl in the bed with her and start kissing her..it was Paul and he was completely nude..
CD jumped up and turned on the light...
CD:"Oh My God!...what do you think you are doing??"
Paul:"gee you act like I am a complete stranger!...we used to be married, remember?"
CD:"unfourtantly I do remember!..."
CD ran into the livining room and picked up all of Pauls clothes, and then opened the front door, then threw them out...
CD:"now get out of here now before you are arrested!"
Paul:"CD please!"
CD:"NOW!"

Paul walked outside...naked as a jay bird...he put on his pants and shoes and then grabbed his shirt and walked out side....Nate was just about to fall asleep in his car when he saw Paul walk out...with his shirt un-buttoned and he was fastening his belt...Nate jumped out of the car...
Nate:"hey!"
Paul:"yeah?"
Nate:"what is your name?"
Paul:"Paul DeLorenzo"
Nate:"CD's ex-husband..."
Paul:"yeah..do you know her?"
Nate:"she is my girlfriend!"
Paul grinned and started buttoning up his shirt...
Paul:"that is weird...she did not mention any boyfriend..."
Nate:"so what went on in there Paul.."
Paul kept grinning...
Paul:"buddy...I think you know the answer to that"
Paul patted Nate's shoulder and then walked off...Nate was so mad...he had never been so mad in his life...why would CD do this to him?

CD woke up the next morning...she was so happy to be going to work and seeing Nate..she wondered if she should tell him about the incident with Paul...but she knew how Nate would react...He would want to kill Paul...She got dressed and headed for work...

Nate had been up the whole night thinking about CD and Paul...Everything was going great for them and then all of a sudden she wants to be with her ex-husband...Nate had
finally found the perfect women for him and she was sleeping with her ex-husband, or so he thought....

Jinny arrived to the Division bright and early...to her suprise,
Magda was already there..
Magda:"morning..."
Jinny:"morning...hey what are you doing here so early?"
Magda:"I needed some time alone to think.."
Jinny:"about?"
Magda:"about Gabe...and me....I am thinking about telling him that I cheated on him.."
Jinny:"well I think you should be truthful with him, but do you want to risk losing him?"
Magda:"I don't know...I mean I do love Gabe...Im just not "in" love with him..you know?"
Jinny:"yes I do..."

Raina walked into the Division....
Raina:"good morning ladies...all ready for yoga tomorrow?"
Magda:"I know I am..."
Jinny:"oh God don't remind me...."
Raina:"hey it will be fun..."
Jinny:"so everyone keeps telling me...Im begining to think I am really going to regret ever agreeing to go..."

CD finally arrived at the Division...she told everyone good morning and then went and sat at her desk...she was ready to see Nate...it had been a long night without him...about
10 minutes later, Nate walked through the door...everyone said hello and he said hello back...he walk passed CD without saying anything, then he sat down...
CD:"hey there...how was your night.."
Nate just gave CD and dirty look...he got up and got some coffee....
CD:"what is wrong with you now!?"
Nate sat back down...he just kept ignoring CD...
CD:" fine don't talk to me...I don't see why you are being such an *******..."
Nate:"CD why are you doing this to me?"
CD:"doing what!?"
Nate:"lying to me...if you want to be with Paul then just tell me..don't sleep with him behind my back..."
CD:"I am not sleeping with him!"
Nate:"yeah right...that explains why he was walking out of your appartment last night half dressed..."
CD:"what were you doing, spying on me?"
Nate:"well I had to...all you do is lie to me!"
CD:"you know what?...screw you..I can't believe you think I would do something like that..."
CD got up and walked to the ladies room..."why would Nate think I was cheating on him?" she thought...."maybe he wants out of the relationship and he is using that as an excuse to
break up with me?"....she sat in there a few minutes to cool off....finally, she went back to her desk...her and Nate had a case to work on but they did not say more than was nessesary to each other...

lunch time rolled around and Paul showed up at the Division again...CD did not know what to say...
CD:"oh God!...what are you doing here now!?"
Paul:"I came to take you to lunch"
CD:"Im having lunch with him(she points to Nate)...Nate this is Paul..Paul this is my partner Nate.."
Nate:"oh we have already met.."
CD:"huh?"
Paul:"he is your boyfriend AND your partner?"
Nate:"you can scratch the boyfriend part...."
CD's heart broke in half...she could not believe Nate just said that.....she grabbed Paul by the arm and pulled him out in the hall...CD burst into tears...
CD:"You have ruined my life!...."
Paul:"Candy listen..."
CD:"no you listen...if I ever,EVER see you again, I am getting a restraining order...is that clear.."
Paul:"ok fine...Im sure Jennette will take me back!"
CD:"GOOD!"

CD walked back to her desk, wiping the tears from her eyes...Nate wanted to say something but he decided to keep giving her the silent treatment...he thought she deserved it for
what she did...

Magda:"there was no one in there..."
Raina:"then I get to dare you to do something else.."
Magda:"nope it's my turn...let's go mess with Jinny"

CD and Nate sat in silence....both deep into there work...finally Nate popped his head up..he wanted to say something to CD so bad, but he wanted to stay mad at her...
Nate:"you know what?....nevermind"
CD looked up..
CD:"what?"
Nate:"nothing, forget it.."
CD:"ok then..."

Magda:"ok Jinny truth or dare.."
Jinny(looking at a file):"Im not playing...."
Raina:"come on Jinny...you got to add some spice to your life..."
Jinny:"I have plenty of spice thank you!"
Magda:"come on...just one truth or dare.."
Jinny:"ok....truth I guess..."
Magda:"is it true you slept with that serurity guy down stairs...uh Bill is his name, I think"
Jinny:"ewww no...why would you think that?"
Magda:"I don't know...he was the first person that popped into my head.."
Jinny:"ok whatever...now it's my turn..."
Raina:"oh NOW you want to play..."
Jinny:"yup...Raina, truth or dare?"

CD sneezed...Nate could not resist...
Nate(under his breath but loud enough for her to hear):"bless you"
CD:"thanks.."

Raina:"dare!"
Jinny:"I dare you to hit Nate with a paperball!"
Raina:"ok...I can do that"
Raina balled up a piece and threw it at Nate...it hit him in the head...he looked up at CD...she did not even notice the ball fly past her head...
Nate:"what did you do that for?"
CD:"do what?"
Nate:"hit me with a paperball!"
CD:"I did not hit you with anything!"
CD and Nate heard Raina,Jinny, and Magda giggling on the other side of the room..CD turned around...
CD:"it is like a circus on your side of the room!"
Jinny:"well I can't even walk to your side of the room without feeling like my head is going
to explode from all the tension between you two!"
CD just rolled her eyes and turned back around...

Raina:"ok it is my turn again...Jinny...truth or dare..."
Jinny:"dare"
Raina:"I dare you to run around the station naked...ok no that is too far fetched..."
Magda:"ewww yes it is!"
Raina:"ok ok...I dare you to tell caption that you are fed up with this division and you want to be transfered!"
Jinny:"ok..."
Jinny got up nervously and walked into Kate's office...she was on the phone so Jinny just sat down....Raina and Magda were listening from the out side of the door....

Kate hung up the phone...
Kate:"what do you need..."
Jinny:"oh well..uhh...I need to talk to you about something.."
Kate:"yes?"
Jinny(trying to remember exactly what Raina told her to say):"ok...
umm..oh yeah...I am fed up with this Division and I want to be transfered"
Kate:"why?...whats going on?...you have been here for years,
why do you want to leave?..."
Jinny(trying to think of a reason):"uhhh well...it is...umm...Magda!...
yeah Magda...I hate her..."

Raina and Magda were still by the door listening...
Magda:"hey!"
Raina:"shhhh..."

Kate:"you hate Magda?...why I thought you two were close friends"
Jinny:"we were...she has just became a real bitch lately..."
Kate:"well you need to work it out....it is no reason for you to be transfered...and why is Raina and Magda listening by the door, thinking I can't see them when I really can?"
Magda and Raina both walk into Kate's office embarassed....
Raina:"oh hi Cap...we were just checking out the hinges on your door..."
Kate:"yeah...right...anyway...Magda whats going on with you?"
Magda:"nothing"
Kate:"Jinny said there is something going on and now she wants to be transfered..."
Jinny:"I said that?"
Kate:"YES!"
Jinny:"captain I don't know what you are talking about...I think we better leave you alone..."
Jinny,Magda, and Raina scurry out of Kate's office real fast...Kate just shakes her head confused and goes back to work..she figures if there is a problem, they will work it out for themselves...

Magda:"ok now it is my turn..."
Raina:"hey CD,Nate...you two want to get in on the action?"
CD and Nate both look up...
CD:"no thanks I have work to do..."
Jinny:"oh come on...take a break..."
Nate:"fine whatever...I'll play.."
CD:"ok then I will too.."
Jinny:"well Nate go now then..."
Nate:"ok lets see....this is a double dare...I dare Magda to go and steel
the mail cart from downstairs...bring it up here..and push CD down the hall in it..."
CD(glares at Nate):"that is so dumb.."
Magda:"yeah...I can't do that!"
Nate:"hey you gotta do it!"
Magda:"ok I will be back in 10 mins..."
Magda got up and walked out of the division...everyone figured she would chicken out and say she could not find it or something...

Magda walked into the mail room...luckily nobody was in there...She spotted a mail cart and wheeled it out....she passed many people who were giving her strange looks...Teddy came walking down the hall...
Teddy:"Hi Magda...what are you doing with that mail cart?"
Magda(embarassed):"Oh I am delivering some mail..."
Teddy:"I did not know they let inspectors do that?"
Magda:"oh well Im just moonlighting"
Teddy:"ok well see you leter"
Magda:"buh bye..."
Magda proceeded to the bull pin...everyone busted out laughing when she came through the door, steering the mail cart....
Magda:"ok I did it!"
CD:"ok my turn.."
Nate:"nope you have to finish the dare..."
CD:"Nate Im not riding in that thing..."
Jinny(laughing):"you have to do it, or I get to give you a swirly!"
CD:"eww..ok...I'll do it"
CD got up and studied the mail cart for a minute....
CD:"I don't know if I will fit...Im too tall..."
Raina:"no your not...now get in there.."
CD climbed down into the mail cart....she sat in it with her arms wrapped around her knees....
CD:"I feel like an idiot..."
Nate(laughing):"you look like one..."
CD:"shut up f*ck face..."
Magda:"ok now what"
Nate:"you got to push her down the hall to that end and then back up to this end...then around the bull pin one time...."
Magda:"ok but Im making you take this back downstairs!"

Magda pushed CD out the door...it was hard to steer the mail cart with CD sitting in it....once they were out the door..Magda rammed into the vending machines...
CD:"hey watch where you are going"
Magda:"sorry..."
Nate, Jinny, and Raina had there heads sticking our the door watching Magda push CD down the hall...Magda could not get the mail cart to steer strait, so she kept running into the wall....people were staring and wispering to each other and laughing...Magda just smiled, nodded and kept pushing...finally she reached the end of the hall...she tried to turn
the cart around, but when she did, it tipped over and CD fell out...You could hear Nate,Jinny, and Raina laughing at the other end of the hall...CD got back into the cart and the proceeded back to the bull pin....still running into stuff....the rolled back in...Magda ran into her desk....Kate heard the loud bang so she walked of her office....she saw Magda pushing CD in the mail cart and the other three inspecters watching and laughing...
Kate:"What is going on in here!!!????"

Kate walked back into her office...she had to smirk alittle at her crazy inspectors...

Raina:"I don't think we should play truth or dare anymore..."
Jinny:"I agree..."
everyone went back to work....

the day was finally over....everyone was fixing(that one's for you Angie:lol: ) ) to head home...
Magda:"let's all meet tomorrow at my place around 11am, ok?"
Jinny groaned...she did not want to go to yoga tomorrow...
Raina:"that's fine with me..."
Jinny:"fine with me too I guess...."
Magda:"ok I'll go tell captain.."
Jinny and Raina went home...Magda told captain to meet them at her house, the she went home also...

CD and Nate were getting ready to leave also...still not speaking..
CD finally spoke up as Nate was walking off...
CD:"I guess we are not spending the weekend together..."
Nate:"I guess not.."
Nate proceeded walking...CD was hurt but pissed at the same time... she was walking behind Nate...
CD:"well if you don't want to be together it is fine with me...I just hope you are happy..."
Nate:"Im very happy...Im sure you are too..."
of course neither one of them were happy...but they both are so stubborn..
CD:"I am SO happy..."
Nate walks in off in one direction and CD goes into another....

When Nate got home, he was not sure what to do...it was the first Friday he had been alone in ages...he wanted to call CD up and apologize but he thought she should be the one apologizing...so he decided to call up an old friend....

CD got home and took a nice long bubble bath..she had the phone sitting by the tub...she was staring at it, hoping it would ring and Nate would be at the other end...then she thought to herself "I am so pathetic...I am sitting here wating for a guy to call"...CD decided to call Jinny and see if she wanted to go see a movie..to CD's suprise, Jinny had a date, but she would not say who with...so CD called Raina...everyone at the division always joked around about how excited Raina would get when she was invited to go somewhere with one of the other inspectors...they wondered if she even had friends...

Nate sat holding the phone....it was rining on the other end...he heard a familiar voice say hello...
Nate:"hey Lilly...this is Nate...."

Lily started kissing Nate and leading him to her bedroom......

CD and Raina decided to rent some old scary movies instead of going out....Raina kept screaming and covering her eyes through the movies...CD was to busy thinking about Nate to even noticed all the bloodshed in the movie...
Raina(talking to the tv):"he is behind you...RUN!!!!"
CD(thinking to herself):"maybe I should call him..."
