3/4 Season Question

Just got the Season 3 DVD and was looking over the episodes. I have a question, did the Grady and Son episodes spill over to season #4? I noticed the Wild Parsley episode wasn't on there and neither was the one where Grady got three social security checks.

The 1st episode of the 4th season with Fred in it is .."There is going to be some changes made"....or something like that. Lamont gets Fred to join a sensitivity group. I don't understand why the episode where Fred returns from St. Louis is later down the schedule.
