Yes, it was in the tornado episode. All the lights were out and the family was in the living room, and Roseanne was just basically doing a head count and asked for Darlene. When she did not reply Roseanne got a little nervous, asking if anyone knew where Darlene was. That's when Darlene surprised everyone by turning on her flashlight and shining it on her face while doing a demon-like yell.

you're welcome Lisa! By the way, there was another funny part to that quote. When Darlene asked "yours or mine?", Roseanne promptly replied, "your father's!"
