The whole thing about Russell Dalrymple dying has got my morbid mind thinking. What other characters have bit the bullet on the show? I know there have been a few.

Of course there was Susan, but also Jerry's friend Fulton. Jerry visited him in the hospital with a new material and he died laughing.
