1970's cop show

Does anyone remember the name of a short lived cop show in the late 70's that featured cops driving around in a 1970 nova? It only ran for a few episodes and may have had Bear in the title (not Bearcats).

B.J. and the Bear? I really don't know anything about that show but it was in the late 70s and it had bear in the title.

"BJ and the Bear" was about a truck driver and a monkey.

Yea I knew that much, see I was watching I Love the 70s last night and they were talking about B.J. and the Bear and I knew he was a truck driver with a monkey but I thought maybe he wa a cop but I just didn't catch that part but anyway guess not. :p

Thanks everyone. We figured it out. The show was called B.A.D. Cats and was on in 1980 for 5 episodes. Michelle Pfeiffer was one of the stars and we checked her fan website!
