"Bewitched" returns to PRIME this Monday with the following episodes:

MON---I, DARRIN, TAKE THIS WITCH SAMANTHA (Pilot Episode)

Darrin discovers that he married a witch and makes her promise to never practice witchcraft again.

(Yeah, right!)

TUE---BE IT EVER SO MORTGAGED

Samantha and Darrin consider buying a house and Sam uses her powers to transfom the landscape and furniture.

WED---IT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN TO A DOG

Darrin's business associate takes liberties with Samantha, who turns him into a dog to teach him a lesson.

THU---MOTHER, MEET WHAT'S HIS NAME

Darrin meets his mother-in-law for the first time.

FRI---HELP, HELP, DON'T SAVE ME

Sam's ideas for an ad campaign cause friction in her marriage.

"Bewitched" can also be seen on PRIME on Saturday afternoons with two episodes at 1:00 and 1:30 pm. All episodes from the first season have been colorized.

Are the episodes uncut? Because I have a copy of 'A Is For Aardvark' from the Prime channel that I got from somebody and I don't recall any of the scenes or dialogue cut.

If you're happy with how that episode was presented, then you should know that the rest of them will all turn out the same way, without any further interruptions and with the credits being shown exactly the way that they're supposed to. You don't have anything to worry about here.

Actually then Prime first started carrying Bewitched it was uncut & then towards the end of it's run on Prime they started editing it,now about 2 min. are cut out of every episode as they are just over 23 min. & they should be over 25 min. re their original state.
The openings have always been the generic Syndicated versions, not the original openings.

What were the original openings?

By original openings i mean with the original musical & sound effects in that particular season as they differed to some extent in all the seasons,as well there was a sponsor intro re Chevrolet,Kodak,Quaker Oats,& others that led into the opening itself,i have quite a few of the original prints on tape so i have seen the openings like a Chevrolet symbol turning into the moon & then carrying on from there to the Witch on the broom appearing etc.,as well in the end credits there was a sponsor symbol originally where we now see the Samantha figure.

The generic syndicated openings on Prime as well as N@N & TVL have the sponsor part cut out & the 3rd season opening visually & audiolly is used for all the seasons rather then having the original opening for each season that was distinct in of itself from the other seasons.

Hope this helped
