Brandon Brindle (the most annoying and self-centered character of all time, imo)

Do you have to be so mean?!

My choice is definatly Kimmy Gibler from "Full House." I can't even stand the Tanners...

I would have to say Wilson Wilson from Home Improvement.

Ugh!, the Brindles DEFINATELY get the award for WORST NEIGHBOR! All of them were soooo annoying, Brandon, the wife, and the pesky little daughter, Harriet.

Eventually I ended-up loving to hate them. :o

Urkel! Whenever he enters the Winslow house during the middle, or later seasons, I have to change the channel. There's just something about his voice squeeking out of control during puberty that really annoys me.

I also found Kimmy Gibbler to be pretty annoying. I think I recall one episode of Full House with Urkel, and Kimmy together. Gosh was that ever horrible!
