 This idea was brought up on another board about W&G doing a musical episode. I thought it made for a really great discussion, so what do you think? Musical episode or no musical episode?
My .02:
I am SO on board with this idea! Being the OBSESSIVE Buffy, the Vampire Slayer fan that I am, I was/am a HUGE fan of the Buffy musical episode "Once More With Feeling." A musical episode worked out so well for BtVS, one of the most critically acclaimed. It also worked well for the Disney Channel series Even Stevens. However, I guess you have to look at it from both sides, where it didn't work out so well when David E. Kelley tried it with Ally McBeal.
Anyway, the whole cast can sing, so why not?! Debra will claim she can't sing, but I can tell from her rendition of "Midnight Train to Georgia" that with a little practice, she'd be awesome. And with a musical, you need that "Broadway-feel" & they have all been there before! Then there is beautiful Harry...ah, that voice & that talent on a piano. I really don't think they could go wrong! Keep the humor to it & you've got a winner!!! ;)
