Though Schultz is one of my favourites, I have to go with Klink. The character is so much more than a German colonel in a WWII POW camp, he's an homage to every pompous idiot in a position of authority.

My favorite would overall be Hogan hands down if u can't already tell that lol! My favorite German though would be Schultz.
