DVD question about Liz

I once saw this dvd below on ebay, but was told that it isn't really the movie with Liz, which I've seen on tv. Yet, I did a search for Liz on FYE's website today and that dvd came up. Okay, here's my question, why is it only on FYE's website and not amazon.com or other alike sites even dvd.com? Is it a real copy of 'A Killing Affair' with Liz or not?

I may just pick it up tomorrow when I go to FYE and pray that it really is, but has anyone else bought it from them?

It's okay. I did finally come across it on Barnes & Noble, but unfortunetly, I don't have a B&N around where I live-at least not locally. All I have is high-priced FYE in my local mall. If I go today and they actually have it in stock I'm gonna get it. I hope they have it. Usually when I look for tapes and dvds in that store they don't have anything in stock not even those Bewitched tapes. My FYE truly sucks. :rolleyes:

ergh im sorry! :( Ill have my fingers crossed for you though.. it must be FYE day.. im going to see if they have anymore Kath ( Kate Hepburn) movies today. I have almost all of them except for a few. I miss her already! :(.

Well, I just came back from the mall. No, they didn't have it. :( I knew they wouldn't. I even asked one of the employee's and they said it wasn't even listed in their database. I guess I'll just have to get it online and I really hate buying things online too. Oh well, but I did come home with Jewel's new cd and two Julia Stiles movies so I'm happy. :D

They didnt have the Kate movies I wanted either.. :(. I bought the new ILL dvds Topper/Topper Returns ( Its a collectors thing), and The Thin Man.. so i am not complainin'. I am sorry they didnt have it though! Julia Stiles is cool!

Hmm..I saw a dvd with Kate on it, can't recall the title though. Yeah, I love Julia (not as much as Liz though), but I got 10 Things I Hate About You and Save the Last Dance. :D

Ok ,First of all none of Liz's Movies has ever been released on DVD.

This Killing Affair one you refer to is NOT the Liz & O.J. 1977 TV Movie,it actually has cover art of The Victim Liz's First TV Movie,but the DVD is actually the 1989 Peter Weller movie of the same title.

I know several people who bought that DVD on ebay & were not happy as it was not what they were looking for & was not the Liz Montgomery version.

I have a 16MM uncut print transfered to VHS myself that is flawless,Liz was great in that Movie i must say,interesitng premis too i might add.
Anyone looking for a mint copy of it let me know at LarrytateT@aol.com

Yeah, but I'm not talking about ebay. It's not that big of a deal because I have this movie on tape, but I'm saying FYE has it listed and I just noticed that Amazon and Barnes and Noble has it too. I should've searched more before I posted, but it is all over the net, but you have to search beyond typing in 'Elizabeth Montgomery.' I'm still gonna try and get it from Barnes and Noble just because it's not it on ebay doesn't mean it's not it on stores like that. And I do like the artwork so regardless if it's really the movie I'll have the neat artwork, it's worth the $10.

That was probably The Philadelphia Story ( i have it.. lol) its such a good movie! I love 10 things I hate about you! Its so cute, Heath Ledger.. is so hot! LOL I like him with the blonde hair though instead of the brown. I love the scene where he starts singing to her on the bleachers LMAO.

Yeah i found the two links you were refering to Pandora re The Killing Affair the Liz & O.J. 1977 TV one.

They are from the same Distrubutor that the ebay guy had ,so one assumes they all got them from the same place,can't believe that they would make such an error after haveing been told it wasn't what they said it was,but it looks like they have repeated it with the wrong cover on the wrong DVD,let us know what you find out if you get it.

Will do! I hope the copy I get, if I ever find one, is the actual movie, but hey if I lose out and it's not I still got the neat cover art.
