Chris Rock will once again host this years VMA's. It is about time, he is the greates VMA host of all time. He is to the VMA's, what Billy Crystel is to the Oscar's. To quote another, Rock, the pro wrestler, "Finally Chris Rock has come back to host the VMA's!
