Has anyone been able to visit the exterior house set on the Warner Brothers lot? I would have loved to but it is no longer there.

Actually the original outdoor Facade of 1164 Morning Glory Circle still exists,it is the interior sets that are no more.

So there is still hope for you.!

It was even used in a Home Improvement episode a few years ago.

Occasionally private tours can still arranged if you know the right people.
There was one last Oct. for a group that went down there.

The exterior was used for Gidget and Moondoggie's house on "The New Gidget" back in the 1980s, which is interesting since the house right next door was used for Gidget's home on the original 1960s series.

Lousie Tate #2 did E! True Hollywood Stories (whatever it's called) where she went to the exterior and showed that it was JUST an exterior and nothing else. I think Erin Murphy also went back on a Entertainment Tonight episode.

Yeah virually all the houses from the old Screen Gems shows were on the same street -- "Betwitched", "Jeannie", "Dennis the Menace", "Donna Reed", "The Partridge Family", "Gidget", "Hazel", "Father Knows Best", etc. Houses were "recycled" all the time -- for instance, the Andersons on "Father Knows Best" lived in the same house (exterior) that Tony Nelson lived in on "Jeannie".

The house right next door to the Stephen's on the left was also the "HAZEL" house. In some of the episodes you can see Mr. B pull out of the driveway, or Hazel walking down the sidewalk and there is Samantha's house right next door.

I've heard of people who have designed and built their own houses to look exactly like 1164 Morning Glory Circle - inside and out!! That would be so cool to live in the "Stephens house".
