I think it is a GREAT idea to do bloopers at the end of the show! I love the bloopers...wish they were on the DVD.
As for an E! Special, E! has actually done 2 of these. One is TV Tales and the other is Will & Grace: Inside Out. They are both very similar. TV Tales gives a lot of background on the casting of the characters, it also shows behind-the-scenes stuff. Inside Out shows more of the table reading-type thing, mainly from the episode "Girls, Interuppted" (w/ Molly Shannon), and there is a lot of behind-the-scences wackiness :happyface in this special.
I happened to catch Inside Out as a repeat this past Spring, I think it originally aired in (possibly) September 2002. As for TV Tales, I am not sure when it originally aired, but I downloaded a copy from Kazaa.
