How To Make The Blinkie Signs For Avators?

How do you guys make the blinkie signs on you avator? I want one that reads I *LOVE* Nez but I don't know how to make one. I need some help on making one. Please help me. I would appreciate it.

oh :lol: okay. Anyway I use Adobe Photoshop/Adobe ImageReady to make them. It's tricky though... you might want to read a tutorial

That's what I use, but I also use Animation Shop too.

I use Paint Shop Pro 7 to make the frames, and then Animation Shop to make it bilnk

You can download a free trial of Animation Shop @ jasc.com but I bought Paint Shop Pro 7: Anniversary Edition, which came with Animation Shop.
