I liked her.She was the kind of character who was lovable in an obnoxious way.The actress, Jamie Gertz,had played a similar character in Square Pegs.Anyone remember Muffy Tepperman, preppie-snob at Weemauwee High School?When I saw her on Facts of Life for the first time,I felt as though she was just a college-Muffy. Andy Borowitz was writer for Facts of Life during the season where Boots made her four appearances,and he had been a Square Pegs writer too.
