It looks like I've lost posts!I KNOW I had more posts and the number is down.How could that have happened?Does that ever happen to anyone,for no reason? :eek: :eek:

I actually dont' much pay attention to that but I did notice that too about 10 minutes ago. I lost about 15 posts. Number of posts don't really do much for me but I did notice it also.

If a thread you posted on gets deleted, you lose posts. Maybe that happened.

I was looking at one of Nate's posts on another board (apparently they weren't totally deleted) and it still has the post, but it says "posts: 0." :lol: That just seems funny to me.

Cool. I could never make out the lyrics to Stairway to Heaven, and the ones I could make out, I couldn't make sense of.
What is that song about anyway? It was my prom song. I'm old.

There's a lot of speculation about the meaning of Stairway to Heaven, I like Camille Paglia's explanation best, where she says that basically it's about seeking rebirth after finding the highs and lows of being the hugest rock band on the planet, at that point. Something to that effect. A lot of images of cleansing and recapturing the muse, basically. I read it in a guitar magazine, and I have to find that again. I thought it was a good critique of the song.

Or it could be just all that dope that caused them to write that song....peace:

One or the other, huh, LOL. Thanks for the interesting take on a song that's confused me for more than half my life. :cool:
