In reviewing a list of guest hosts on NBC's "Saturday Night Live", I was surprised to discover that the show never had a "Wings" cast member as guest host.
SNL has used cast members from "Friends", "Mad About You", "Will & Grace", "Frasier", "Cheers", "Taxi", "Seinfeld" and many other famous sitcoms...but NEVER anyone from "Wings"!
I think that several of the "Wings" regulars would have made GREAT SNL guest hosts. (Couldn't you just see someone like Steven Weber playing various characters in SNL comedy sketches?).
Oh well, just one more "Wings"-related kick in the pants to add to our collection!
