You really shouldn't hate like that.

I just don't understand why they tried to make the show revolve around Penny.

Who did you think the show should have revolved around at that point?

Nobody, it should have just featured the remaining 4 charcters, Willona, J.J, Thelma, and Michael.

Why? I know that's your opinion, but who's to say that would have made for a better show? You seem to hate J.J. too, so I'd think you'd have wanted some distraction from his character.

The oldest child shouldn't have been that Weird while the youngest child was intelligent

You're great for just saying how something should be and leaving it there without giving a reason why. What was wrong with a silly older child and a serious younger child? Before you give some deep philosophical reason, remember that we are discussing a sitcom designed to make people laugh.

The oldest children do not finish school in an effort to get a job and take care of the house...giving the luxury to the younger ones to finish school. When I went to Venezula I found this to be the case. I do not speak spanish so if I asked someone directions they would usually go and get the youngest person to speak with me. Hence giving the idea that the youngest or the children still attending school will have the opportunity for a full education.
