How did he get the name Beaver?

Theodore got the nickname Beaver by his brother Wally. When Wally was younger and tried to say Theodore it came out sounding like Beaver. This subject is touched during the last episode I think.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.
