Madonna- what did you think?

I was wondering what everyone thought about Madonna's guest role?
I love Madonna and she was sexy as hell but I really don't think she represented the character as well as she could have. I've never been overly thrilled at her acting ability. Maybe it was the what the character was written but she was annoying as hell. I don't know, I guess I was just not as impressed as I wanted to be.

I thought she was ok, not the greatest, but she didn't suck.

My opinion is, thank god the writers are awesome!

Ok, so I LOVE MADONNA...her singing ability, that is. I did nothing in the 80s but listen to her music & I think she is still one of the best pop-stars around, but her acting ability is less than admirable. I liked her character...the writers did a wonderful job & gave her some great lines, she just didn't execute very well. Though, I really liked the "8 mile" line!

she was alright I think what made her lines funny was how Karen reacted to them

I was disappointed and bored. I didn't care for the character they wrote for her. I would have liked her storyline to have been involved with Will and Grace and sideline laughs with Jack and Karen.
The clip show that followed was very funny.

this was a very funny episode.. everybody was funny except
madonna. i dont think she was THAT good. why did she keep closing her eyes? she was acting and talking like a teenager and
she acted high.. i think her acting was a little forced..
i was not impressed.. ah well..

I thought she was good in the role. Not great, but she wasn't bad by any mean.

I think Madonna's role was horrible! The only thing that really kept it interesting was Karen's part.

I gotta give Madonna credit; no matter how much she sucks at acting, she still keeps trying.

because she said that she thinks she is a good actress.. i think it was 20/20 she was on and they asked her do you think you are a good actress? she says yes.. now i love madonna i love her music but she is no actress.. the only good acting that she has ever done in movies is dick tracy and desperatly seeking susan.. well in my opinion anyway :) i havent seen aveta so i cant comment on it hehe..

I think the writers were so busy trying to accommodate Madonna that they forgot about the show and the fans.

Madonna's character was lame. (I liked Demi's character as Jack's dipstick babysitter much better.)

All of the characters seemed out of character.
Karen not knowing what a laundromat is, not knowing how to open a soda can...did the writers forget that we know that she married money and wasn't born with a silver spoon in her mouth?

Even Grace was off-point criticizing Will's wardrobe. That was a page from Karen.

I did like the Will dopey on drugs subplot.

To me, the funniest part of this episode was when Karen said, "Hey Kurt, look at me" then did her dance. That was hilarious!
