I was just wondering if anyone knows if it still airs somewhere on the east coast, what time and station?

It's not on right now. But if you look in this topic, you'll see that it is coming on in Oct.2003. I don't think it is on at all right now.

"Full House" is no longer airing on the east coast. WPIX had already lost the rights last year.:) According to Rurry007, the show is still airing on both channels ABC Family and Nick at Nite.:)

Full House airs everywhere, as long as you have cable.
