BEAVER on DVD ????

Is Leave it To Beaver the original series on DVD yet? THat is the one series I would buy all episodes on DVD. Its a classic. It gets me all warm & gushy & it takes me to a nice place in my past.

Does anyone know who/how would we go about getting "them" to put it on DVD? I agree with you I would buy all episodes on DVD if "they" would just do it!

I too would buy all episodes of LITB on DVD -- the first two seasons, anyway, and that would amount to a lot of DVDs! However, be careful what you ask for. There are quite a few DVD producers out there who are doing a terrible job with the transfers of old material, and you would not like the quality, or lack of it. You'd actually be better off having them on VHS with a decent transfer. One company that is doing a super job with DVD transfers is VCI, and they have a website you can look up and visit. They have put twelve episodes of My Little Margie on DVD with great results, and are those shows fun to watch! The MLM DVDs are available at Amazon. Maybe we can convince VCI to do the Beaver shows, but they are very busy turning out other stuff, and they would have to get permission from LITB's current owners.
