anyone know why Wings isn't on tonight??!!

hey, I just turned on the TV to watch Wings, but Three's Company is on!! What's up with that? anyone know?

They dropped it down to one episode a night and moved it to 1 AM, Eastern time. :mad: :angryfire: :livid: :crying: Yet, they can still show us 4 episodes each of Cosby Show and Three's Company every night :barf:

I just started really getting into Wings a couple weeks ago- (whenever they were playing the marathon that week).
It's one of my favorite shows now, and now I only get to see one episode every night? poo! I hope they don't move it to like, 3 AM like they do with some of the other shows. :(
I wonder why they moved it to so late... I figured it would be popular enough to be a 2-episode-per-night show and stay at 11:00...
oh well, at least it's still on! :)

The past has proven that moving a show around never helps with the ratings. Look at NewsRadio. NBC moved it around so much, it didn't become popular until it was reruns when it had the same time every day.

The thing that really ticks me off is that during their commercials for Wings, they say "watch Wings, every night". They don't let the viewers know what time it's on. So if I didn't visit these boards, I wouldn't know when to tune in.

I could never understand why a lot of the critics, the awards shows, and the networks all seemed to hate Wings. I know a lot of people, both on-line and off, who love the show. Proof that the critics aren't always in tune with what the public wants to see.

yea, critics are wrong, but, its better than nothing, and as long as they keep it on for a year or two, my collection should be complete, then screw nick at night..

its on tonight at 12:00 am ... it seems like theres only 1 episode tonight and it falls in between The Cosby Show and Cheers ... about 1 hr and 7 minutes from now (Central Time)
