The Munsters run on TVland has come to an end(hopefully not for long). What makes it even worse is that is was replaced by the 'Flying Nun'. Oh what a day.

Let’s hope it resurfaces soon along with a set of DVD’s! The show is an absolute classic yet amazingly has never been issued on VHS or DVD in the US. The movies are out there, but I’m sure fans want the show.

Too bad The Munsters had to leave the TV Land schedule. It's one of those shows that I could keep watching, no matter if I had seen that particular episode (and I think I've seen them all). It's just that great of a show. I find it hard to believe it only lasted two seasons, too. Hopefully it'll come back to TV Land someday, when they re-renew the rights. :)

You got that right! Imagine taking such a believable show about a typical American family doing such familiar things and replacing it with such an 'over the top' show as The Flying Nun!

I knew this show wasn't going to last much longer on TV Land. I had a feeling since last fall that the show was going to be pulled sooner or later in the near future. I just hope the programmers change their minds and put The Munsters back on this May before the rights expires. The fun isn't over yet, because they DO still HAVE the RIGHTS to it.

Great news The Munsters will return when I Dream of Jeanic and Bewitch join TVLand lineup at the end of June.

The Munsters, I Dream of Jeannie and Bewitched start on TV Land on June 2nd. They will start at the beginning of June, not the end of June.
