Which president did Alex prefer?

Alex liked both Nixon & Reagon a lot. Which one do you think he liked more? Why?

This question was actually asked of Alex by Jennifer in one episode, and Alex couldn't decide. If I were to guess though I would have to go with Nixon. I mean he had a freakin autographed photo of the guy that he actually talked to for crying out loud. I don't think any of his obsessions compared to his Richard Nixon obsession. The only other obsession that would even come close would be his love of money.

I think it might have been Ronald Reagan because according to one site Reagan declared that Family Ties was his favorite program. Why would he call it his fave program unless they had mentioned Reagan?

Reagan also said this about Born in the USA:

Anyone who knows that song knows it isnt about hopes and dreams...Reagan would say anything to get elected.
