There was an episode where Lucy and someone, maybe Ethel were singing 2 songs simultaneously. What is the musical name of singing in that manner? I know counterpoint is a definition, but in that episode they mentioned the other definition of that particular term. Please help me it is driving me crazy.

I don't know if this is what you mean, but in one of the Hollywood episodes Ricky and Lucy sang "Swanee River/Humoresque" simultaneously. It's the one where Lucy has to answer the questions and submit them to the magazine, and she ends up playing the bull to Ricky's matador.
