My school district SUCKS!!!

I live on the East Coast, it's storming again here. We are supposed to have freezing rain, it's snowing like MAD here right now, up to 6 inches before noon. And guess what???? They didn't even DELAY school! We have had so manys now days this year that the district is desperate, at all costs apparently, to keep the kids at school right now. I don't want my kid in school in the middle of June anymore than anyone else but it's ridiculous to risk driving in this crap to keep them out a day earlier.

When the weather is like this my work may be cancelled though ~ that would be great because tonight is FRIENDS/Will & Grace/Survivor night :):)

My school closes at the smallest hint of snow sometimes, but other times when there's practically a blizzard, they make us come. They are so f***ed up it's not funny.

same thing with us..but at least they cancelled after school activities, i didnt want to go to detention or track.

They cancelled all afternoon and evening activities at my college today. I am so sick of this snow!!!
