Survivor Editions on DVD?

Do any of you know if the tv reality series, Survivor, is out on DVD? If so, are all of the five past editions out or just the first two?

So far it's just the 2. I would think they would be releasing Africa sometime soon though, it's been a while since they released the Outback.
