View Full Version : Gone from TV Land starting March 31, 2003

Effective Monday, March 31
7:00AM everyday The Waltons replaces The Love Boat

TV Land doesn't lose the rights to The Love Boat until after May ends, so I guess this is a sign that they will not renew, hopefully it will be shown again before end of May.

Well that sucks. It means I won't be able to tape all of the series. :(

I'm trying to be mature about this, and I know that The Love Boat is just a tv show, but it was, and always will be, a part of my life. I know that TV Land has the right to drop whatever they want, and bring new shows to their line-up, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.
I'll miss Love Boat, and hope that maybe in the future, TV Land will bring it back, or it will come to DVD.

The Love Boat was a great show and I will miss The Love Boat
on TV Land Schedule.

Good news! TV Land has renewed the show for another year!! No sign of the show yet on the June or July line-up though. Fantasy Island is also a one year deal, and of course that starts June 2, 2003.

Cool. I just hope it doesn't come on at three in the morning or something.

Thank you for this information. Whenever it returns to TV Land, I'll be taping it again. This news is fantastic. I'll be taping both Fantasy Island and Love Boat once again.

I am planning to tape both of the two series, because they will ofcourse be only on TV Land for one year, hopefully they will have aired all the episodes before they lose the rights. I know they won't be airing the two-hour pilot when the first rotation starts, but hopefully they will get to it at sometime.

I am glad they are renewing The Munsters and now The Love Boat, I think TV Land is giving us another advantage to catch the episodes again.

I never got to tape any of them because they seem so eager to take off all the shows I like I'm very disappointed in them , I hope this comes to dvd I love this show it is one of my favorite:wave:
