Reality TV shows?

Has anyone ever got an idea for a reality tv show? I know the music shows are old now- In the UK, the last two bands, joint tour was cancelled due to lack of interest, they'd only been around three months ago. You get one hit, and then an "Oh, remember them? How did their song go again?" 20 years later. But anyways:

Reality TV show where they get a group of celebrities, preferably non-related, and dress them up in all this make-up so they're unrecogniseable, then give them a sitcom plot, and they act all this out in public, and the reactions of neighbours are taped.

This shows not reality, but they should have like a big brother show, lasting the full 10 weeks, with 10 very respectable celebrities, but they're given all these scripts, but no viewer knows this, and they act out the situations, e.g. Tom Hanks kissing Heather Locklear and some other things like that. However the public still vote them out, but after the shows over, the celelbrities play out the things still that went on, before a big press announcement, telling it's a fake.

Another- getting people to cause a panic, like going into a disco and shouting "Fire in the disco!Eveybody out" and taping the reactions.

I think a whole 'War of The Worlds' thing should be done again. However, it would need alot of tv channels co-operation, which is hard to get from serious news shows, it would need almost every channels support, radio station and just 1 newspaper. And alot of secrecy. they should have something like a human cloned embryo has been lost in the wilderness in 'insert odd,never heard of wilderness or forest' and a mix-up of genes has caused a spawn of lizard type creatures continuously growing. Make it that a tribe guard them, and footage is difficult to maintain, so it won't be spoilt by non-co-coperators, cos for all they know it's true. Then a special effects scene, where a tribesman and a news reporter are killed by a giant lizard. Something to that extent should happen, followed by something else like Russell Crowe abducted by aliens, with eyewitness accounts, amateur video. S0omething war of the worlds style must be done, I hear din the 80's a nuclaur strike radio hoax happened. The producers could plant lizards in peoples gardens, even in countries were lizards don't live.
A Day of The Triffids thing should be done, with a small town going blind because of a rock landing.

I think they should have have celebrities swap places. Like a musician and an actor. Kinda like that Noggin show "a walk in your shoes"
