Well, my dad got a new job, and it looks like my parents are gonna be moving to Pennsylvania by March. Anyone here been there? I've only ever been through the airport. :wave:

I don't live there, but have been there a few times. I hate it, but that's just me. Sorry if I offended anybody from PA.

I love it here, but of course I've never lived anywhere else, so what do I know?
It IS a pretty state. Especially in fall. Lot's of mountains and hills and stuff.

PA isnt all mountains and stuff. i live more in the city. Its really nice, its got everything. Big Mall, Nice movie theaters,there an amusement park thats like 5 mins away from my house that everyone hangs out at, nice pools, theres some mountains if u ski or snowboard,nice parks and other stuff.
its not really boring if you live here, I wouldnt wanna visit because if your on vacation it probably is boring.

I've never been there but both me and my best friend have family that live there. Hers are more sort of immediate family, mine are like cousins 6 times removed. :lol:

I've been to PA to visit family friends, but I've only seen the (very) small part they live in.

Pa is neatO. GO STEELERS! (obviously my family is from the Pittsburg area) but yeah it's ool. Lot's of mountains, but lot's of attractions. I bet it is really cool to be there ein the winter-lot's of snow. (no pun intended lol) I have been there like 6 times. LOTS of famiy lives there.

I live in Pa. what part of Pa are you moving to? i think you will like it here mostly the ppl are down to earth and nice. and best of all you can use the word youns when refering to other people :lol:

Hey, what happened to Boulder? I'm moving there in about six months. lol I still remember a while back while you were talking about it in that one thread.

But we're moving to Harrisburg - and I'm just glad we're out of Michigan! (Great state, but we've been there for 14 years!) So, anyone here from the Harrisburg area? It's not that far away from Philly, is it?

What part of Pennsylvania are you moving to? It's one of the bigger states in the Northeast, and like any big place, there are nice areas, and not so nice areas.

Harrisburg!?!?! hmmm thats not too far from Philly. I'm 45 mins away from Philly. Phillys not too great tho. Harrisburg is about 75 miles away from where i am. Which is Allentown. I've passed thru Harrisburg, but never been there.

i live in PA- outside of philly, few hours from harrisburg.
sometimes i really like it- theres a lot of history in the city, hershey, country, etc...
other times i dont because i live in the middle of no where- but the city isnt far away and i love philly, everyone from philly loves it, some just wont admit it. ;)
ive been to harrisburg a few times, its not a bad city.

Yea, there aren't that many people here from Colorado, so I remember everyone, lol. The only other ones I know of are Michelle (bjntmrsgtbbsd) and Lynn (Lynn), lol.

I live in PA. Hey, where you gonna live? Hope it's close by me. I live in Warwick Township, surrounded by Warrington and Warminster in The Heart of Bucks County which is about 45 minutes from Philadelphia..

it depends where you are in the state :lol: im from southeast PA and we say soda. But (correct me if im wrong anybody) i think they say pop in western PA.

i call it soda. i've never heard anyone in pa call it pop but im sure some people do.
