Just Shoot Me may have already seen it's final day. According to the charts, it ranks at #78 in the ratings. That meant that In-Laws carried over ALL of JSM's audience every week and built on it. And with no episodes scheduled to air this month...it looks pretty bad for JSM.

This show has definitely lost its luster.

It's a shame, some of the old episodes were pretty funny. This year has been terrible.

It's over. NBC knows it, the cast knows it. Nothing can save the show now. NBC is just lucky they are not tied into the show for years like ABC is with Drew Carey. They will probably annouce soon that the show will end this season. I doubt it gets picked up for another one.
If they were smart, the folks at "JSM" put together a series finale episode this season.
It would be a shame if they cancelled the show without a goodbye episode.
"JSM" was once a good show, but they dragged it out too long, and now folks aren't watching.
There should be a rule that any show that's on for more than five seasons gets a finale before cancellation.

While In-Laws has been officially cancelled for good, Just Shoot Me may in fact be airing more episodes. There has not yet been an announcement of cancellation. However, Just Shoot Me's timeslot has been filled for Dog Eat Dog in March, and Watching Ellie has been rumored for the 8:30 slot. AUSA will be cancelled no doubt, but that means that Hidden Hills would return. Good Morning Miami hasn't been on in about 3 weeks, and the next episode of that will likely decide it's future. In the rarest of rare cases, Just Shoot Me could move back to Thursdays, where it would likely get a huge boost. Nevertheless, it seems like JSM's walls are closing in on them now...

Moving the show back to Thursday night only prolong its outcome. It has gone down hill creatively and it's time to put it ouf of its misery.
TJL is right, they should just film a finale and give fans of the show a proper send off.

It looks like Just Shoot Me returns to NBC in March! Hidden Hills also returns at that time, with In-Laws cancelled.

If JSM is renewed then I guess Rena Sofer (Vicki) won't be on it since she's going to be on "Coupling" now.

Hold on there...Just Shoot Me and Hidden Hills ARE coming back. In-Laws isn't. Dog Eat Dog is taking the 8PM slot beginning March, with Let's Make A Deal and Watching Ellie up in the air. It's likely that Thursdays will be locked with the main shows F, S, W&G, GMM...so that leaves Tuesday. AUSA will be cancelled, giving Watching Ellie it's slot. Dog Eat Dog & Let's Make A Deal will likely come together at the 8-9 slot. And although I may be off-track here...I'm thinking Just Shoot Me & Hidden Hills will take over the 10-11 slot. They can put Dateline somewhere else...but Just Shoot Me and Hidden Hills are coming back.

No...gmfox8 is right. Dog Eat Dog is on hold. Let's Make a Deal premieres Tues March 4 at 8pm, airing Tuesdays at 8. No sign of Just Shoot Me, Hidden Hills or In-Laws in March. If A.U.S.A. gets canceled, maybe Hidden Hills will replace it, if not none of those 3 are coming back. Watching Ellie is not coming until April.

It doesn't suprise me. JSM is an alright show, but it was never great. While the cast was talented, their timing is close to awful, with the exception of Nina & Finch. Elliot is prett good, and Jack is alright. But everybody except Finch & Nina could benefit from some coaching.
Much like Donna and Eric of THAT 70'S SHOW :)

Just Shoot Me is scheduled to come back on NBC’s air this April and run through May sweeps.
It’s unlikely that the show will reappear in its Tuesday 8 p.m. time slot, where it earned dismal ratings.

As promised, NBC is bringing back sitcom Just Shoot Me on Tuesday nights starting April 22.
The show will relaunch with two back-to-back episodes from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., then continue for the next four weeks.
The show’s season finale -- and if the show’s ratings don’t improve from its performance earlier this year, the series finale -- will air May 20 at 9:30 p.m., after Frasier.
NBC is also bringing back Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Watching Ellie on Tuesday nights starting April 15 and running for the next five weeks, until May 13. The show will air at 9:30 p.m., following Frasier.

I was actually wondering if it had already BEEN cancelled since I hadn't seen an episode in weeks. I used to like the show a lot, but its been going downhill fast. I would much rather watch JSM instead of The In-Laws or Hidden Hills.
