I happen to catch Dave Chappelle on Conan O'Brien the other night, and he showed a clip from his show and said it was airing the next night, so I made a point to watch it.
Trust me, it's a scream. If anyone's a fan of SNL skits, this is your show. He does a little standup and introduces skits that have already been filmed.
He pushes the envelope. It's the funniest show I've watched in a long time.
Here's TV Guide's description.

Chappelle's Show
30 min.
Debut: Comedian Dave Chappelle presides over this edgy variety series featuring sketches and hip-hop music acts.
The opener kicks off with a spoof of stylish car commercials. Other bits include a satirical training video for a customer-unfriendly store, and a commercial for a product called the Home Stenographer---which is actually an elderly lady who can “turn any room into a courtroom” by reading back family members' remarks.
In addition, Chappelle (who served as the show's executive producer) portrays Nat King Cole in a Hollywood Christmas special from the 1950s, and also plays a white supremacist named Clayton Bigsby, a blind man who doesn't realize he's black.

I caught it last night and it was very funny, particularly the spoof of the Mitsubishi car commercial in the beginning.
Chappelle is also a frequent guest on The Howard Stern Show, and I have always loved his act.
