After I watched last nights episode,I really had to think about it.I've decided that that episode went by like, wicked fast. And also that my fav. is still the Beatles one.I mean,I still love AD and I still liked this episode,but..it didn't seem to catch my attention as much as some of the others.Oh well.

And at the NBC site, they dont have a date for the next American Dreams, which means it could be next week or..in 3 weeks.I'd hate to wait that long again :(

I liked Last nights it did go fast.I felt sorry for Roxanne about not wanting to be home with her mom and her mom's boyfriend Walter. But im glad she decided not to stay away forever. My favs are still "Silent Night' and The Beatles and I though last nights was good too. What sucks Kate is it isn't going to be on another 3 weekes and its gonna be 4 ever.I hate that.im not sure if they are given us repeats after next sunday. And the golden globes don't need to be 3 hours.only 2 this way ad could be on a 9.but no of course not the dumb gg's are on and for 3 hours. It's going to be torcher waiting 3 weeks. :( :)

I liked last night's episode, but I thought it was so sad. I thought it was cute when Jack and Roxanne were watching tv together. I agree that three weeks is such a long time to wait for a new episode. At least they'll all be new in February.

I liked last night's episode. We got to see more of Roxanne's character trying to mold and take shape. At first, after the first few episodes, I couldn't stand Roxanne, but, after the Christmas show and last night's I'm getting to like her and feel sorry for her. And, I thought it was so sad to find out that Will was the bully at his school. He's such a sweet and well manored child. And, I liked the scene when Jack was watching the old home movies.

And, the next three weeks will seem like forever (hey, that's what Beth said about JJ and her breaking up!) I hope they do show repeats. At least it's AD and not something else, know what I mean?

I was under the impression that it would be on next week. I don't know, I wasn't a huge fan of last night's episode. Roxanne's character needs to be molded, fast! I am really starting to find her irritating and could think that pretty soon Meg won't have to be friends with her. I think Meg will start to come into her own more as she matures. Her immaturity is cute, but Roxanne comes accross as almost annoying, and as a sort of bad influence. I think Meg's character will really be interesting, and how they incorporate the Polio will be interesting as well.

I loved last nights episode and stuff, but one note- I think the actress who plays her is good, but the character of Patty is soooooooooo obnoxious, and Roxanne is still cool and JJ is still hot, hopefully we will see more of Joe Lawerence and Luke!

Patty is just an annoying little sister but the actress is good.I agree.Roxanne still rocks.she's not annoying at all. She's my 1st fav character and her and Meg will be friends for life. :) :D

Will was actually responding physically to verbal bullying; someone would "call him things" (presumably pertaining to his disability) and he would hit them in retaliation. It's a fine line, granted, but he was not the instigator, he just escalated the situation.

This begs the question; can anyone think of a *good* reason why Will wears his leg brace over his pants instead of under them? The ones I can think of are 1.) To make sure viewers don't 'miss' that he has a disability, and 2.) To make it easier for Ethan Dampf (sp?) to take it off between scenes. Neither of these are very good to me; they're about a TV show rather than how things would "really" be.

In real life both of these would turn into reasons to wear his pants over the brace- 1.) He wouldn't want to attract any more pitying stares than necessary, and 2.) he would probably pretty much keep it on all day as he would be immobile without it, but he'd change pants in early afternoon (I always did, speaking as a former Catholic schoolboy, albeit a nondisabled one).
Any thoughts?

Hm...well,those are very good reasons.I've never thought of that actually. But maybe they thought veiwers wouldn't notice if it was under his pants leg,and they wanted to make it distinct.

I have an odd thought:Maybe the brace was too big to fit under his pants?

I've seen people with braces over their pants before. I think Kate is right. It probably wouldn't fit under his pants. Besides, how would we know it's there if we couldn't see it? I think I remember seeing Will without at times anyway.
