I have to admit that Portia does look an awful lot like Caroline.

EXTRA did a segment on this movie tonight. It looks good, and I'm going to watch it. Portia de Rossi is perfect for the role, although I think she's prettier than Caroline was, no disrespect intended.

I'll probably record it. My mom loves reading about the Kennedy's. I know she'll prob. want to see it. I bought a tabloid today and it said that Darryl Hannah wasn't too happy with it apparently. You know how those tabloids can be. It did have something else about the movie in it. I'll try to scan the ad. Warning: It will be big, so it might take awhile for it to download.

The Atlanta tv guide dedicated the cover to the movie. I'll scan the front cover today. They also did an article over the movie. I can scan that later on today too. Then towards the front they had an ad telling about the movie and I can scan that later on today.

This movie has been okay so far. Portia and Kristopher are the best ones out of the whole movie, imo. The red head they keep talking to is getting on my nerves. The one playing Darryl Hannah got on my nerves. Other than that, it's been pretty good so far. Anybody else watching it?

If you want to record this JFK Jr. movie, you better do it while you can. I just came across this bit at tvnow.com.

Daryl Hannah: She's not even in the TBS biopic about the late John F. Kennedy Jr, yet Hannah might be the most important player involved in the production. In the film, America's Prince: The JFK Jr. Story, a short scene shows the actress being comforted by the young Kennedy after she was assaulted by singer Jackson Browne, her former boyfriend. Lawyers for Browne claim that the incident never happened and are demanding that TBS not air the movie again until the offensive scene is deleted. According to the legal team, the Santa Monica Police Department repeatedly confirmed to the media that, based upon their investigation, Ms. Hannah was not assaulted by Mr. Browne. As of this morning, TBS executives still plan to air "America's Prince" tonight, Sunday the 19th and Saturday the 25th. This battle will end up on Court TV before the dust settles.

Here's another article from zap2it.com that ties in with the last article I posted.

Jackson Browne Says TBS' JFK Jr. Movie Defames Him
Fri, Jan 17, 2003 05:17 PM PDT

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne says a scene in TBS' recent movie about John F. Kennedy Jr. is defamatory to him.

Browne is asking the cable channel to re-edit the movie to take out a scene involving him before "America's Prince: The John F. Kennedy Jr. Story" airs again on the channel. The movie has a scene in which Kennedy (Kristoffer Polaha) rescues actress Daryl Hannah (Tara Chocol) after Browne allegedly hit her.

Hannah dated both men at different times.

"Mr. Browne has never assaulted Daryl Hannah," Browne's publicist, Michael Jensen, tells the AP. "Ms. Hannah never filed a police report claiming such an assault, and Mr. Browne was never arrested for or charged with such an assault."

There's no word on whether Browne will take legal action to force a re-editing of the movie, which premiered Jan. 12. TBS hasn't commented on Browne's request.
