Does anyone know who plays Alan in the episode with Lady Ann? He looks very familiar.

I'm not really sure off hand, but I've got an episode guide printed out so let me check there. Lady Ann is from season 4, I think. www.epguides has Lee Phillips listed.

119. Passage on the Lady Anne
gs: Lee Philips (Allan Ransome) Joyce Van Patten (Eileen Ransome) Wilfrid Hyde-White (McKenzie)

Instead of the cruise bringing them closer together, the Ransome's agree to get a divorce when they return home. Eileen disappears, and when Allan finds her she is wearing a nightgown that a passenger wore on her honeymoon. Seeing her, Allan realizes how much he still loves her. The passengers force them into a lifeboat, with plenty of provisions, and set them adrift. The Lady Anne sails off.

Coincidentally enough, upon seeing the title of this thread ("Alan"), I thought it might be about Alan Napier (Alfred the butler on "Batman"), who was also in this episode as the ship's captain. He's not nearly as easygoing in this episode as he was as Alfred, though; in fact, he is the one who forces the couple into the lifeboat--at gunpoint! (To see why, you'll have to watch the episode.)

That should have been in the credits but if you were watching on Sci-Fi & they squashed them to promote one of their dumb movies then I can understand your asking.
