Isn't Dennis Franz (Andy Sipowicz) the only one who has stayed on the show the whole time?

I don't watch NYPD Blue at all but i would guess Dennis Franz has been on there the longest. The black woman who used to play Fancy on the Jamie Foxx Show is now on here, i forgot her real name but she is hot. I saw a commercial one time for NYPD Blue & her & this black guy on there who is a cop was kissing each other & taking off each other's clothes. I hear the sex scenes are pretty intense on here. That's odd for television to be showing sex like that on a network show.

Sipowicz is the only remaining original cast member left but Medavoy was also a cast member from the 1st season just he had a recurring role until the 2nd season when he became part of the cast....
